Fairly clean wonderful hotel, clean rooms. New building and rooms with body washing space beside the bath. Lots of facilities such as: a pantry and a couch.

The place is conveniently located next to the international convention center, airport, and conference center, with spacious rooms including a living room, kitchen, and a comfortable extra bed.

A fantastic way to end my trip. Lovely quiet and incredibly friendly accommodation with magnificent setting short walk to the airport, the international convention centre, where are conference was held and a restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a living area, a kitchen and an extra bed in the room. Plenty of amazing food for meals.

Decent clean spot with budget-friendly rates. the rooms are done up in a Japanese style, complete with a handy pantry and comfy couch - super practical. Can't rave enough about their top-notch service! the facilities here are top-notch, plus you've got the convenience of parking right on the premises. 🌟

I was blown away by the luxurious feel of this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with big comfortable beds, plenty of natural light, and a nice size bathroom. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. And the location was perfect, close to the convention centre and the main streets, which made exploring the area a breeze. The facilities, especially the swimming pool and sauna, were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. my experience here was fantastic.

The room had a fridge, dining area, and seating area, which I really enjoyed. the hotel is conveniently located near the Conference Center and international convention center where our conference took place. - There was a great selection of restaurants nearby, such as Phuket Seafood, just a 5-minute walk away.

This hotel is situated near a convention centre and has nice and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help guests rent motorcycles or arrange shuttle services to the airport. On-site facilities such as the pool and onsen are great, and the hotel's overall design has a nice Japanese touch.

The location of the hotel is quite remote, with no public transportation available, making it difficult for visitors to explore the area.

The hotel offers a charming Japanese-inspired design that creates a unique atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing great support in arranging transportation and excursions. The swimming pool was a great addition and allowed for cool refreshment on hot days.

The breakfast could have offered a wider variety of options and the lighting in the room was quite harsh and not very inviting. the Wi-Fi connectivity was not secure and could be improved for guests needing reliable internet.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, they made me feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch with a sauna, onsen and pool. Everything was kept so clean and beautiful. I also appreciated having parking available and unlimited drinking water. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring this city.

The amenities were good, they offered complimentary drinking water and coffee. the hotel was located near a convention center, which was helpful for my event.

There was no dental kit available in the room, and the lighting was not great. the showerhead was poorly designed and made a mess.
